KSU and the Kyrgyz National «Manas» Theater to Collaborate

Rector of Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev Aigul Abdraeva met with Director of the Kyrgyz National «Manas» Theater Nurbek Talantbekov.
The meeting was also attended by Director of the Institute of State Language and Culture Samat Jumaliev, Head of the Department of Manas Studies Talant Rysbaev and Head of the International Relations Department Aichurok Myrzalymbekova.
During the meeting, Rector Abdraeva and Director Talantbekov signed a bilateral cooperation agreement.
According to the agreement, the following activities will be carried out:

• Organizing and implementing joint events and programs to ensure citizens’ constitutional rights to creative freedom, participation in cultural life, and access to performance arts;
• Jointly conducting events related to the “Manas” epic;
• Developing and implementing cultural events and projects using modern information technologies to preserve the uniqueness of Kyrgyz spiritual culture in light of the upcoming 12-year education system;
• Providing comprehensive support and assistance in training and employing specialists in Manas Studies;
• Facilitating internships for students of the Institute of State Language and Culture in accordance with the KSU academic calendar;
• Organizing and conducting events, meetings, festivals, forums, conferences, exhibitions, master classes, round tables, seminars, and competitions to promote experience exchange;
• Creating and supporting informational resources online.
