Guest lecture on “Improving pension literacy among youth and citizens” held at KSU
On March 11, Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev hosted a guest lecture on “Improving pension literacy among youth and citizens”. The lecture was conducted by E.A. Omorova, Head Specialist at the Training Center of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, along with B.A. Sarymsakova and Kanat Myrzabek uulu, leading specialists.
The event was attended by faculty members and students from the Department of General History and International Relations at the Institute of History and Social-Legal Education named after E.J. Maanaev.
During the lecture, the speakers provided comprehensive information on the structure of the Social Fund, the rules for retirement, and reforms in the pension system. The event aimed to enhance young people’s understanding of the pension system, its types, and the necessary documents for pension applications.
The event was organized by the Department of General History and International Relations at the Institute of History and Social-Legal Education named after E.J. Maanaev at KSU.
