Austrian Ambassador Andrea Bacher Visits KSU
On March 17, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria to Kyrgyzstan Andrea Bacher, visited Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev. The meeting was attended by KSU’s Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Raushanbek Zainiev, Vice-Rector for International Communication and Investment Gulnaz Jalilova, Head of the International Relations Department Aichurok Myrzalymbekova and Director of the Institute of World Languages and International Relations named after Sh. Kadyrova Nurzhan Sartbekova. The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen cooperation in education between Kyrgyzstan and Austria and to develop academic exchange programs. The discussion covered topics such as bilateral academic exchange, student mobility, and joint research projects. The Austrian education system, opportunities for students and prospects for further cooperation between Austria and Kyrgyzstan were also discussed. The meeting helped elevate educational, cultural, and scientific cooperation between KSU and Austria to a new level.
