International Scientific and Practical Conference on «The Epic of ‘Manas’ in the Digital Age and the State Language: Perspectives of Young Researchers» at KSU
On April 11, the International Scientific and Practical Conference titled «The Epic of ‘Manas’ in the Digital Age and the State Language: Perspectives of Young Researchers» began at the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev in celebration of the university’s 80th anniversary. The conference was attended by KSU Rector Aygul Abdrayeva, Vice Rector for Science, International Relations, and Innovation Aygul Chaldanbaeva, Vice Rector for State Language, Youth Policy, and Sports Jaina Sadykbek Kyzy, and Director of the Institute of State Language and Culture Samat Jumaliev. Representatives from Andijan State Pedagogical Institute, including Rector Bakhtiyor Rasulov, Head of the Department of Russian and Kyrgyz Languages and Literature Makhbubakhon Temirova, Press Secretary Furkatbek Nodirbekov, Head of the International Cooperation Department Muhammadali Sobirjonov, and Professor from the Kazakh National Pedagogical University Saule Asanbaeva, along with members of the Kazakhstan Pedagogical Sciences Academy, also participated in the event. During the plenary session, scientific papers were read by Professor A. Satebova from Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Doctoral Student M. Sotvoldiev from Andijan State Pedagogical Institute, Graduate Student A. Turdubaeva from the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razakov and Head of the Department of Kyrgyz Language and Literature at KSU N. Kasymbekova. The conference brought together over 80 young scientists, doctoral students and master’s students from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to discuss significant issues related to the study of the epic and language in the digital age. They engaged in vibrant discussions in plenary and sectional sessions and a resolution was adopted at the end of the event. Participants were awarded certificates of appreciation. The event was organized by KSU’s Institute of State Language and Culture.
