“Startup Marathon-3” competition held at KSU
On March 10, “Startup Marathon-3” was held at KSU named after I. Arabaev.
The competition was organized to implement the goals outlined in the Standard Regulation on Business Incubators in Educational Institutions, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic on May 18, 2022 (Order No. 925).
The event was attended by Vice-Rector for Science, International Relations, and Innovation Aigul Chaldanbaeva, faculty members, and students.
A total of 18 projects from different university departments participated, with each team presenting their startup ideas to a panel of experts according to the competition’s evaluation criteria.
Winners of “Startup Marathon-3”:
1st place – “Affordable Mantle” project from the Humanities and Pedagogical College
2nd place – “Oyular” project from the Faculty of Arts and Design
3rd place – “ECO-MUUN” project from the Institute of Natural Sciences and Tourism
4th place – “Onor Union” project by the “Enactus KSU” team
5th place – “100 Pages, 100 Worlds” project from the Sh. Kadyrov Institute of World Languages and International Relations
The competition aimed to support startups, promote innovation, and expand opportunities for young entrepreneurs. It was organized by KSU’s Startup Center.
